This circuit style strength training and conditioning class will leave you drenched in sweat. Fit Kids is our physical conditioning program for our students. We do not use weights such as kettle bells, dumbbells, or machines. Instead we do calisthenics which include push-ups, jump squats, burpees, speed and agility drills, and core strengthening exercises. KIDS & TEENS BOXING
Boxing fundamentals for kids and teens ages 5-14 years old. In this class students will learn boxing fundamentals from three of our experienced coaches. During this class they will do a calisthenics warm up, jump rope, use the heavy bags, mitt work, participate in partner drills for defense and learn offense techniques .
