MMA is a full contact combat sport that allows a variety of fighting techniques, such as ground fighting (grappling), stand-up striking, and takedowns. Our elite 12,000 sq. foot training center in San Marcos provides well rounded instruction for MMA students. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It is a derivative of early 20th century Kodokan Judo, which was itself then a recently-developed system (founded in 1882), based on multiple schools (or Ryu) of Japanese jujutsu. Like judo, it promotes the principle that smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique; applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat them. No-Gi (also known as submission fighting, submission grappling) is a formula of competition and a general term describing the aspect of martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds. The sport of No-Gi brings together techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Folk American Wrestling (Catch-as-catch-can), Luta Livre Esportiva, Freestyle Wrestling, Judo and Sambo. (柔道 ,jūdō?), meaning “gentle way”, is a modern Japanese martial art (gendai budō) and combat sport, that originated in Japan in the late nineteenth century. Its most prominent feature is its competitive element, where the object is to either throw one’s opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue one’s opponent with a grappling maneuver, or force an opponent to submit by joint locking the elbow or by executing a choke. Check our schedule and contact us for a TRIAL CLASS!


A physical and mental discipline which is known as “the art of eight limbs”. It is characterized by the combination of the use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Muay Thai creates a well-rounded fighter capable of using a multitude of weapons. This class is designed to take your fitness to the next level and become super! No matter what level you are, these classes are for entry level and advanced students. This circuit style strength training and conditioning class will leave you drenched in sweat. Every day we target specific muscle groups to strategically increase muscle endurance, burn unwanted fat, and improving athletic ability. Throughout the week you will use equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells, tires, sleds, medicine balls, TRX, ply boxes, and free weights. Learn basic boxing skills and techniques combined with calisthenics to get the heart rate pumping and the calories burning. A typical boxing fit class will start with a jump rope warm up, calisthenics and stretching. Then get the gloves on for some combination punching, mixed with everything from burpees to mountain climbers, and a few quick laps for some fresh air. Take your boxing skills from basic to advanced. In this class you will go over the fundamentals daily. Expect to use the jump rope, heavy bags, mitts, upper cut bags, double end bags, and once you’re ready, sparring! Kick Fit (aka Cardio Kickboxing) is an intense, full-body workout that will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, aerobic fitness, and coordination. This class is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. It is sure to make you sweat like never before. You can burn over 500 calories in just one-hour!
